Air0’s AC is multiple times more effective in removing odors compared to a typical air purifier. Many air purifiers contain activated carbon, which binds gaseous compounds to itself. Thus, every activated carbon air purifier also binds to itself some odors, but does not do it particularly well or comprehensively.

The exceptional power of the AC purifier, especially against gases and odors, is based on chemical air purification, i.e. the filter mass contained in the device. The filter mass (combination of pelletized activated carbon and activated aluminum oxide) binds odors and gases multiple times more efficiently than conventional activated carbon. The filter mass also binds particulate impurities.

After the filter mass, the air still passes through a fine filter, which ensures that only clean air is retuned to the room.
